Our team of Personal Trainers come from a variety of different backgrounds, fusing a range of knowledge and varied and current training styles to achieve all fitness goals.
Clients come to us with a range of targets and challenges, but we have the scope and capability in our team to make that all important change in your lifestyle.

Once the initial goals are achieved, the work does not stop there! Maintaining a healthy balance of exercise is now engrained in your lifestyle, and needs to remain that way. We continue to support you in this with a reduced plan which is flexible from there on.
Why is Personal Training so Expensive?
This depends on your outlook and how important making a change really is. Achieving results is at the forefront of our vision for every client, you have to be positive and trust PTUK to challenge your body and even your life.
How many Personal Training sessions per week should I have?
Once a week is considered the standard for Personal Training. This helps us to keep in touch, monitor and progress your training to ensure you remain on track and focussed. Some people prefer 2/3 sessions per week to help them remain in a strict committed routine – they find it too easy to avoid training if when they are not scheduled for a session. Of course, more sessions will speed up your objectives/goals. Ultimately it is down to the individuals time, commitment and finance.
Can I pay as I go for my PT?
Personal Training is about improving your lifestyle and getting results. Personal Training can be a long process, it takes commitment and hardwork. Paying for sessions one at a time is not cost effective, as you should be looking to commit to a reasonable period of time to achieve your goals. These kinds of transformations do not happen over night – it’s all about changing your lifestyle…and it all starts here at PTUK!
