WELCOME TO METAFIT
Metafit is a high intensity workout (HIIT), which puts together a series of body weight exercises with interval style training, this is designed to continue burning calories throughout the day, after the session is complete.
This class is intense but encourages all abilities due it’s varied adaptation to meet with everyone’s capabilities.
It is a 30 minute session which will put your body through it’s paces and will shape your body.
